    That’s not really what they say, but that’s how it comes across, amiright. ?

    and I am just over here putting in the WORK. nothing can replace that. When did we become such an instant gratification society to want results right now and as quick and fast as possible but not willing to do what it takes to get there to keep it off? not willing to change the habits that got them where they are now? I mean those things sound great but such a disappointment when another thing doesnt work.
    .
    if you want change, commit to the process. not some magical thing that will make that fat magically disappear. nothing replaces exercise and healthy eating.
