• I had fears and doubts…

Its my TWO year anniversary of kicking the fear in the face! 2 years ago, I did something that I was SOOOO scared of getting done. .. my breast reduction.
    .
What if i didnt like the results?
What if something happened while I was under anesthesia?
What if I gain weight from recovery since i cant work out?
What if, what if, what if!
    .
I decided to jump into all my fears and trust my amazing doctor. That was the most important thing was TRUST.
    .
Trust made me make the decision to be a coach easier by putting faith into my coach. I had a ton of fears and doubts, but I knew she would be there to help calm them.
    .
Sometimes you have to put your faith into someone else’s expertise and hands and let go of your insecurities. Its when you learn to let go of control and what you think will happen and put your trust into others, that is when you can do amazing things. And I am so happy with the results of the surgery!
    .
p.s.- So many of you have mentioned scarring as a fear and 2 years later, you can barely see the scars. your body will heal and do its thing.

  • What are you waiting for?

Even Bell and Tebow are wondering what you are waiting for! how many times in life do we just wait for things to happen vs making them happen for ourselves? Or we dont take the paths put in front of us due to fear of the unknown?
