5 hours of sleep and I am up.... Why? Who knows. But it's my last full day with my leaders on my team.

I can't tell you how badly I needed this weekend mentally....even as an introvert. And I'll probably sleep so hard Monday. But seeing my friends has made it so worth it.
.
When I started 10 years ago as a coach, I was struggling to find adult time. My life was kids, work, and kids again. I didn't have the breaks to refuel for me or able to find friends I could go grab drinks with. My weekends were either army training or getting my house cleaned up for the week. Social media changed all that for me.
.
So many are leaving social media because of all the negativity, but I have found the most amazing, positive, uplifting people on here. When we meet in person for the first time it's like we have met a million times. We lift each other up and support and help when we are down. That's what true friends do.
.
So grateful for all of these friends I met because of my beachbody business and all the friends I am going to meet this year. 🥰
.
And hopefully that all made sense... I don't function well on less than 8 hrs of sleep. 😂

Coaches come from all walks of life... all ages and shapes and backgrounds. But one common thread we all have is starting from a need of wanting change in our life.

that change of creating a healthier version of themselves, confidence, happiness, then creates a passion and purpose to inspire others and THEN their life changes even more financially.

it's my favorite thing to see my team grow and experience things they didnt think was possible for themselves and totally crush it.

as I go into the weekend with my retreat and start my new coach mentorship monday, I challenge you to find the belief to know you are worth it. Worthy of feeling amazing, having energy, of being selfish for 20-30 min a day and getting in a workout and worthy of being on our team.

"I hated how I looked. I gained 50 lbs my freshman year of college. I would always wear baggy t-shirts to “hide” my weight gain. I was so insecure that I never wore shorts. I only wore jeans, even in 90 degree weather. I hadn’t posted on IG for two years because I was afraid of what others would think of my weight gain. I dont have enough hats or hands for everything between army, coaching, mentoring, mom-ing, wife-ing (totally a word now lol), being the cleaner, the cook, and whatever else comes up in my day that relies on me or else it doesn't get done, just remember to take care of you first.

you can't give with an empty cup. its why I start every morning with my workout and personal development. I take care of me before anything else. no one else will.
